Aroma therapy is a calming move to the pokemon that it is being used on.This attack move calms down the pokemon.Lets say that deerling is against darumaka. Darumaka uses the move uproar. You cant calm it down unless you use aroma therapy. The sweet smelling sent of flowers calm down the pokemon using uproar. Many people think that aroma therapy is a useless move.
