"There are at a high school lexile score!
so basically... it's great!"
Well, I'm not sure about that(I'm in 6th grade and my Lexile is 1540), but it's above average for sure, so good job! :)
When you play Bloxorz you will see passcodes that let you skip to that level if you want to play it again to improve your score.
The first word of the game must place a letter on the star. Also, the first word receives double score.
goose egg - It doesn't mean "failure" so much as "no score" or "no results".
I'm going to assume you mean "What is the total score of all scrabble tiles?" As there are 100 tiles in the bag. If you add up the value of all the tiles (12 E tiles, 9 A tiles, 9 I tiles... etc etc) you get a total of 187 points.
This is a far more complicated answer than one might think. It depends what context you mean, so I'll give pros to using both. Keep in mind that they don't share any of these pros.Sonic using wisp powers:Pros:-Using a lot of them gives you a higher score at the end of levels.-Various different abilities allow you to go through levels and use shortcuts.-You don't loose rings over time when using wisps.Cons:-Not the gold, epic form of Sonic-Need to collect capsules to use them-They only last so long before they run out-No bonus is added to your overall score while using themSuper Sonic:Pros:-Invincible-Faster than normal Sonic-Infinite boost power so you don't need to collect white wisps.-"Super Sonic" bonus is added to your overall score every two seconds while in super formCons:-Burns up rings so you need to collect more constantly-Can't use wisps at all-His theme stops the level theme, which is annoying sometimes.Overall, they're kinda balanced. Super Sonic is great for lowering your overall time of a level, but if you're a master at using wisps, wisps can give you a lot more overall score than Super Sonic can.
If you visit www.lexile.com, you will find a calculator and a very good explanation of what "lexile" scores mean. My child actually made the mistake of calling it "lextile" also.
If your Lexile score is 1230 that means you are reading at a college grade level. In sixth grade I took it and got a 1250. :) I'm in eighth grade now, and I have a score of 1350. I've never really read much, but you should be considered lucky because i've seen many eighth graders with scores lower than that.
Depends on the test. Not enough info to answer.
The average Lexile score for 6th graders is typically around 925-1050. This score represents the reading level needed to comprehend texts commonly assigned in 6th grade. Keep in mind that individual students may vary in their reading abilities.

If the Z Score of a test is equal to zero then the raw score of the test is equal to the mean. Z Score = (Raw Score - Mean Score) / Standard Deviation
Here is a web site which gives nationwide mean and median MAP scores by grade level http://rea.mpls.k12.mn.us/uploads/Norms2008.pdf With Best Regards, Marisol
Yes.z = (raw score - mean)/standard error.Since the standard error is positive, z < 0 => (raw score - mean) < 0 => raw score < mean.
my meld score is 16. what does that mean?
it means that the score is above the mean
