"So long-eh, Bowser."
The "long-eh" part is a reference to Mario's stereotypical Italian accent.

basically that the next big door is open and to go fight bowser the second time
He say's " Thank you so nice". -On New Super Mario Bros. It sounds more like, "It's a me. Mario" It depends upon which Super Mario bros. game you're playing.
I honestly don't recall if Mario says anything when entering worlds, but this is what he says when entering levels. Super Mario 64 and New Super Mario Bros. Wii: "Let's-a go!" Super Mario Sunshine and New Super Mario Bros. DS: "Here we go!" In Super Mario Galaxy 1 and 2, Mario simply goes "Yahoo!" when you select a galaxy to fly to, but he doesn't say anything when you select a mission.
'it says SUPER MARIO SUNSHINE, dunce.' Schonburger, calling people dunce is a bit rash. try to be nicer. anyways, it says Super Mario Sunshine with a sun for the O in Mario.
There is no set amount of Shine Sprites required to get to Corona Mountain. To get to Corona Mountain, you have to defeat Shadow Mario(Bowser Jr.) in each world. This is usually the 6th or 7th Shine Sprite on the list. At minimum, I would say that it takes 55.
