i think there isn't a way to get infinite rings on this game atleast but you can get set your rings's number by getting the sadx trainer (max rings 32965489) and you can freze them it works with sadx memory editor too

get SADX Trainer you can unlock super sonic if you finish the story with all characters and the hack is download shadow's model and copy super sonic's pvm paste it on the desktop rename it to SONIC.PVM remove the real SONIC.PVM (i didn't ment to delete it) to someplace you will remember play and there you go (or just get the trailer)
