Trust me I always hated that level, but if you had sonic adventure 2 battle it's just like the truck chasing you in city escape but a glicth (that happened to me) you see behind sonic while trying to dodge the truck. So all you have to do is dodge everthing that's behind you and keep a sharp eye for alot of surprises. If you keep practicing this you will defeat it, trust me I'm still stuck on the last story. (not to brag)

If you mean City Escape, you go around until you go to the tall building you usually run down. But don't hit the springs.
