If you say Yes Bill will take you to see his friend Celio at One Island. Here he will tell you about a machine he's working on that will connect with Hoenn's Lanette. Problem is he needs two special items: a Ruby, and a Sapphire. Bill will ask you to help Celio and also ask a favor that you bring a Meteorite to his friend running the Two Island game corner. You will obtain a Tri-Pass which will let you sail between One Island, Two Island, and Three Island. Go see his friend at the game corner on Two Island however things go bad as he will tell you his daughter is missing on Three Island. Go to Three Island and take care of all the Bikers then head towards Berry Forest. In here look around to find Lostelle (the game corner owners daughter) and when you do find her a wild Hypno will come to attack you. Defeat it or capture it to save Lostelle then you will be warped to Two Island. Speak to her father again to give him the Meteorite then talk to Bill at One Island to go back to Cinnibar Island.
