If your code doesn't work the first time you try to register for an account, try it again. If it still doesn't work, this means that someone has stolen your secret code! The only thing you can do now is buy a new Webkinz plush animal. If you already have an account on webkinz.com, and your computer doesn't let you type the password, you probably don't have the password right. Try again. If you haven't completely registered your account (created screen name/password) , your screen name and password will not work. If you have registered your account press the "Forgot My Password" button and type your Secret Code. And yes, you do have to type your WHOLE password. Hope this was helpful!

no webkinz do not make membership cards but here is what you have to do to be a member:1. go to a toyshop or ebay.ie and buy a webkinz plush teddy it has a code tied to its paw when you get home log on to www.webkinz.com then click new user then you just fill out what it says and then that day you will become a webkinz member. ps. you have to buy a webkinz plush teddy every year to stay a member if you dont buy a webkinz after that year your acount will expire hope this helps

Don't worry. Unless your Webkinz is sick, that is what Dr. Quack ALWAYS says. Really, it's nothing. He is programmed to say that just to make sure that you always let your Webkinz sleep before you log out. ^-^ Your Webkinz is fine.

Their is an age limit on the tag that says not for 3 years of age younger because of the plastic code and tag but anyone can do anything so if you are really old go ahead and buy yourself a webkinz to improve our webkinz community, as far as i know their is no age limit so go ahead and buy yourself some ready......set......go P.S.
