Either you haven't charged it in a while or something is wrong with it. I would try unscrewing the back of your DSi and taking out the rechargeable battery. Wait 10 seconds and then put it back in. If that doesn't work you may have to take it in to someone who could investigate it or else you'll have to buy another or get a refund. Best of luck!
