i would do the following
1. check to see if the game is scratched or got any finger marks or anything
2. clean the disk
also is the game fro Another Country (did you buy it on-line) because if it is it mite be region locked (though i got a game from another country and it works fine)
if you just bought it and you have cleaned it and it still wont work go back to the shop and get a replacement CD or get your money back
also there mite be an update for the game, so that could also help
though it would be easier to tell what exactly is wrong with the game
i mean is the game just constantly freezing? or it wont even start up? or the ps3 wont even read the disk? plz try saying what's wrong with the game so other people can help with more advice.
