first you need to have the sinnoh pokedex completed then you talk to the prof. and he will give you the national pokedex. when you have it go to the battle frontier and the pat to go north should not be blocked anymore. the first town you run into is the place where you find buck you talk to him then he will run off to the mt. follow him and help him through the maze he will take the magma stone and go back to the town go back to his house and talk to him again he will say he is going back to the mountain to replace it then you go back to the mountain and heatran should be there. (bring powerful Pokemon heatran is level 70!)
