go to mossdeep city check the houses there u can find steven and he will give u an hm, dive but to use it u must first defeat the gym leaders. after that you can find and underwater trench between mossdeep and sootopolis use it so u can tail team aqua then find the submarine. hope this helps good luck

go to Lillycove city and then go right to the beach and surf up and then you go into the cave entrance and its really the entrance to team aquas hideout!
