Once you explore the mansion, and defeat the gym, a man will come running up to you and take you to Island One. THere's a little mini-quest, then you can come back to the mainland, find Zapdos, then go to Viridian City (the one where the S. S. Anne used to be), got to the dock, and go back to island one. Explore, and you;ll find rock smash from an old man in a spa, and then find the fire bird ( i forget the name) in the mountain. Go back to the mainland, go to the elite four, and defeat them. THE FIRE BIRD IS CALLED MOLTRES!
