Go to Lavender town and get The Lavender town radio card then play the "pokeflute" song to the sleeping snorlax and go through digletts cave. Then go Pewter and beat brock then go to Palette (you cant vs the Viridian leader yet) and surf south to cinnabar island where you lean that the island was destroyed so you go 2 seafoam isalnds & bear Blaine then go bak 2 Cinnabar and talk 2 blue (by now u should hav 15 badges) and he will vs u @ viridian.
