you go to the lost tower and get to the top(only if you beat geovoni in the rocket hideout in the game corner) and use the silpth scope and don't catch the marohawk, it can't be caught. then you use the Pokemon Flute to get past a snorlax and go down to fuschia city for your fifth badge
