make your way to lilycove city and restore your Pokemon. then bike left from lilycove till you find a small landing stage surf down from there until you find the entrance to MT PYRE. once inside move up and left so you get outside. move up the mountain side until you get to top, defeat aqua grunts and Archie runs off. Fly to slateport and talk to cpt. stern, the sub will be jacked and then you can fly to lilycove, surf right and wallah! Mossdeep city (7th gym)
