What do you do after beating the Pokemon League on FireRed?

Okay, the deal is after you beat the Elite Four you may get your Pokedex Upgraded to National, but you must have 60 or more pokemon in order to gain this. If you haven't Caught the Legendary Birds, their locations are the following;

Moltres - Mt.Ember on Island One.

Zapdos - Power Plant near Rock Tunnel.

Articuno - Seafoam Islands.

Now, you most likely have already gained the Ruby for Celio to the ones who haven't I hope this helps. Celio is located on Island ONE, he's standing in front of the large trading machine. But since you go with Bill he will introduce you to Celio. Celio will ask you to go look for a Gem that is needed to power the machine. The first Gem is a Ruby the second is a Sapphire, at first these two may seem hard to find but they happen to be very easy to find.

To reach the Ruby go to Mt. Ember on Island One after beating the Elite Four, you will find it easily because two Team Rocket members are standing outside of a cave door. Once you've defeated the two Grunts, go inside and follow the trail and just keep going down. Soon you'll come up to a room filled with plates filled with Braille writing, there should be stairs so go down them. Then you should see the ruby, take it and go back to Celio. After he'll ask if you'll go and find another Gem that is suppose to pair with the Ruby, the Sapphire.

Reaching the Sapphire looks kinda tricky but its simple. You need a pokemon that has learned the HM Cut, go to Island Six now. Find your way south of the Island to the Dotted Hole, use Cut on the door and you should be able to go inside. After doing this move forward and drop down into another room. Then drop into the next 4 rooms in this exact order: up, left, right, down. Before you take the sapphire a Scientist will take it. To get it back from him go to the Team Rocket warehouse south of Five Island and he will give it to you once you beat him. The rest is simple, kick some Team Rocket butt and you'll receive the Sapphire. Go back to Celio and give it to him. Congratulations, you can now trade pokemon from Kanto and Hoenn Regions.

After this you can now catch a Lv. 70 Mewtwo in the Cerulean Cave. You can also Catch one of the Legendary dogs at random, the one you can catch depends on your starter Pokemon, it will run from battle so if you want take your time and damage it every time you meet it and it will make it easier to catch, but DON'T make it faint if your going to do this. If you want you can use the Master Ball, I recommend using the Master Ball because it is random and may take forever until you see it again.

You may Also revisit the Elite Four but this time they will be much stronger, they all have new Pokemon. The Lowest Level is 63 and that is Lorelei's Cloyster and Piloswine. The highest Level Depending on what your starter is so it would be Lv. 75 Venusaur/Blastoise/Charizard. Other then that you can start challenging the Battle Tower.
