Go to the space station or something close to it on mosseddep island. There you'll find team magma trying to steal some fuel to blw up mount chimney. beat the up and then talk to steven and he'll ask you to join him to fight off Maxie and 1 of Maxie guards. Then go to steven's house (on mosseddep island) and he'll give you HM Dive. After that, go to sootpolis and after you went inside it, go to route 129 and use dive to find a secret entreance. fight off team aqua guards and and the team aqua leader himself then fly to sootpolis city. taht's as much as I'm going to say. the rest good luck!
