the game has to be game share compatible. you basically got to gameshare on your psp and then your friend loads the game up n his psp.
One of the biggest things is the PSP Go has a bigger screen and internal memory. Which in this case there is no need for game cartridges for PSP Go.

Not the normal ones but if you get one and it has a game on the box it coes with that game, like the little big planet psp, it is $10 more and comes with the game
The PSVita does not have an optical drive so PSP UMD cartridges cannot be played on it. However many PSP titles from the PSN can be played on it.
