How do you unlock chopper in one piece grandbattle?
To unlock Aokiji on One Piece: Grand Battle you need to have completed Event Battle with every character. After doing this play Event Battle once again with Luffy. Once you're in a battle with Aokiji make sure to defeat Aokiji with a level 2 special and they should become unlocked.
Whem does luffy get gear 2nd?
He says he comes up with it after losing to Aokiji, but he first uses it and mentions it against CP9's Blueno
Who would win between naruto vs luffy?
Aokiji soundly defeated Luffy in their first encounter. Luffy had no way around Aokiji's logia-type powers. Now Luffy's trained his haki skills, he can at least hit him, and it would be interesting to see how the heat generated from Gear Second may work against Aokiji's frozen attacks. However now Aokiji has resigned from the marines, there doesn't really seem a reason for them to fight.
How did luffy get his gear second powers?
You could say he always had it, just hadn't invented it yet. When he was beaten up by Aokiji, then CP9, he knew he had to learn some stronger techniques. Using his rubber body as a pump to speed up the flow of his blood, was one idea he had. So it's something he just learned to do.

Technically the marines won. They successfully executed Portgas D Ace as planned, and perhaps their strongest ever enemy, Whitebeard, was also killed. Though marine HQ was in ruins, the marines had proved their strength to the world and survived the war without losing any major players. However the fallout from the war was not pretty. Many peaceful places under Whitebeard's protection, were then ruthlessly attacked as others moved in on his territory. Fatigued by the events of the war, more sympathetic and moderate marines resigned from active service, including fleet admiral Sengoku and vice-admiral Garp.
