There are only a few effective methods to getting out "F.G.D."/ "Five-Headed Dragon":
Summon it in a duel
A tribute summon is a form of Normal Summon. So that means you can only tribute summon OR normal summon ONCE per turn.
Yes, in the yugioh card game you can advance summon (this is also called tribute summon or sacrifice summoning).
Stardust Dragon will be able to use its effect to negate a card. However, it will not be able to Special Summon itself from the Graveyard. This is because it was not properly Synchro Summoned first; therefore, it is not eligible to be Special Summoned from the Graveyard. The effect of Starlight Road does not state that the Special Summon is treated as a Synchro Summon. It does not properly Synchro Summon Stardust Dragon. For confirmation on this ruling, click on the "Related Link" below.
you need stardust dragon majestic dragon and any level 1 non tuner monster such as stardust xiolong

Yes you can, as long as the Stardust was originally summoned by Synchro Summon and not by Starlight Road (Starlight Road does not summon it 'properly', and the Stardust Dragon summoned by it cannot be summoned back from the graveyard should it be sent there).
First, you need a Tuner and 1 or more non-Tuner monster(s) on the field, and they have to have levels equal to the level of Stardust (8). example: Junk synchron (3) + Tuningware (1 but treated as 2) + Jerry Beans Man(3) = Stardust Dragon (8) You select your extra/fusion deck and click 'Activate' Now you choose your dragon, then choose the monsters you want to send to the graveyard. You activate Assault Mode Activate and send a face up Stardust Dragon you control to the graveyard. Then, you special summon Stardust Dragon/Assault mode from your deck. If the assault mode monster is in your hand, you can't special summon it. This is why you would also want Assault Teleport.
