The following cards return monsters that are removed from play back to your field:
Go to toYrus and look at back for must of your monsters powers
Monsters who can only reach the field by special summon (including Ritual Monsters) can only be special summoned from the graveyard if they were properly summoned initially. If Black Luster Soldier is simply discarded, or was used as a fusion component from hand, then he can't be special summoned by cards like Monster Reborn or De-Fusion.

The whole point of an "Exodia" themed deck is to draw the five cards as fast as possible. Cards that are good for drawing include (but are not limited to): Graceful Charity, Jar of Greed, Pot of Greed, Corpse of Yata Garasu, Dekoichi The Battle Chanted Locomotive, Reckless Greed, Upstart Goblin One issue these decks may run into is any of the "Exodia" cards going into the Graveyard so including "Backup Soldier", "Dark Factory of Mass Production" "Dark Eruption" and/or "Monster Reincarnation" would let you get them back into ypur hand. "Pot of Avarice" can also be used, but the cards would be sent back to your deck, not your hand. Some duelists take advantage of cards that add monsters from the Grave' back into your hand by using "Dark World Dealings", "Morphing Jar", "Foolish Burial", "Card Destruction" and other cards that let you draw and/ or send "Exodia" cards to the Grave' to bring "Exodia" back into their hand later. Other cards that can add "Exodia" cards from your deck to your hand include: Sangan, Witch of the Black Forest, Gold Sarcophagus, Different Dimmension Capsule Some cards that can "slim down" your deck and increase your chances of drawing "Exodia" include: Thunder Dragon, Toon Table of Contents, Gather Your Mind, Nimble Momonga, Giant Germ, Volcanic Shell
The best card for that is "Return from the Different Dimension".
Monster reborn and Call of the haunted
Necroface. D.D.R.-return from a different dimension. and Dimensional distortion.
You Cant Reincarnate But You Can Bring Back some Monsters with Speacial Cards like Monster Reborn Or Call of the Haunted

The Sky Scourge monsters say they "Cannot be special summoned except by". The only way to ever special summon them is to follow the text on their cards. Even if you did properly special summon them, they cannot be revived from the graveyard or removed from play zone. That is the ruling regarding 'except by...' monsters. This is not to be confused with "only be special summoned by.." monsters like Chaos Sorcerer, but also Synchro Monsters too. If these are properly special summoned first, they can be brought back by cards like Monster Reborn or Return from the Different Dimension. But barring a few extreme circumstances, there's no way to special summon the 'except by..' monsters in any other way apart from their printed text.
In Magic: The Gathering, the mechanic "return from exile" allows players to bring a card back from exile, a zone where cards are removed from the game temporarily. This mechanic typically involves specific cards or abilities that allow players to return exiled cards to the battlefield, hand, or graveyard, giving them a chance to reuse powerful cards that were previously removed from the game.
You can bring a creature back from the graveyard in Magic: The Gathering by using cards with abilities like "reanimate," "resurrect," or "return target creature from the graveyard to the battlefield." These cards allow you to bring a creature back to play from your graveyard.
To return a permanent from the graveyard strategically and advantageously in the game, you can use cards or abilities that have the ability to bring back cards from the graveyard to the battlefield. This can help you regain control of powerful cards that were previously removed from play, giving you an advantage over your opponent.
Yes because there are so many cards that they all will not fit in.
