There are no codes to level up online, you just have to get lots of streaks, hide in a good place and don't die. How i level up is by going on Heroes mode and killing the enemy hero, it gets you 50xp.

though the hero does more damage and has more health. I normally use the ASSAULT lopadout because it has grenaid launcher even though i am level 32
