Spring 8th Goddess Festival. To unlock this festival you must go the the church in the Winter season and get a scene with Alisa.
Spring 14th Thanksgiving Festival. If are a male character give chocolate to girls. If you are a female character guys will bring you chocolate if they like you enough.
Spring 19th Sheep Festival. You need a full grown non-sheared Sheep to enter the contest.
Spring 24th Cooking Festival. Once you go to the festival you can leave to go cook a dish than come back to enter it.
