Technically, the best weapon in the game is the one you most use.
When a weapon gets 255 TEC points, you can disassemble it and it'll keep some of the previous weapons stats as a shapestone and carry over to the next weapons form.
Without this rule, the best weapons on an all around basis are the Ethereal weapons, which are made from the Bushido scrolls you can get from the bonus dungeon inside Oni Hot Springs.
>this is technically not entirely true. the angel ice statue makes the strongest base weapons. and as far as i have seen the Bushido scrolls have the highest upgrade values. so all in all if you want to have a the most powerful weapon you should have the angel ice statues as your base then upgrade using scrolls

You purchase a telescope and set it outside.After that go outside at nightime and look through the telescope,hopefully your sim will be abducted. Or if you have Sims 2 Free Time, and your Sim has the knowledge aspiration, in aspiration rewards you will have lifetime aspiration benefits. Click that and if you have enough points, you can get the choice 'summon aliens'. At night click on a telescope and do 'summon aliens'. It might take a while for aliens to come and sometimes they don't come. If a man does summon aliens and gets abducted, he usually gets pregnant. I don't think women do. My women haven't got pregnant from aliens yet, but ALL my men that got abducted have. You have to stargaze for a very long time.

Assuming you did the first part of the quest, (if you didn't, you can search it up on the Mabinogi Wiki): Get your weapon to 100prof, 30 elemental removers (1k each; can be obtained from Lassar, Price, or Galvin), and the desired spirit stone (if your weapon is a sword, then you need to get a sword spirit stone, etc). Go to Tarlach in Sidhe Sneachta who appears around 6PM-6AM at night. He's the only NPC who can form a spirit contract.
