There is a game called Star Stable online and there is also a game you can buy called Sims 3 Pets expansion. It is $19 to $20 depending on what console you are wanting to play it on.

Anyways, Star Stable is a fairly fun game to play and I would say it is the best out of the 2. You make an account and play for free. It has quests and you can make your own character and horse and later on buy a new horse and change its tack but you do have to take care of it. It can get in a bad mood and not gallop/run as fast as usual. If you get a Star Rider membership, which costs money, you can jump and buy more things and go more places and also buy fancier tack and horses ect. If you want, you can have more than one horse. You can keep the ones you aren't currently riding at your home stable but you still have to take care of them or hire a stable hand. They come in handy. There is so many things to do on that game I cant really explain it all but it is a very fun game.
