Relaxing colors are usually warm, neutral shades, and earth-tones. Cream or off-white can be very soothing and peaceful as a color for your room. Other shades such as: sand, beige, tan, taupe, gray, charcoal, etc. are relaxing in varying gradients of intensity. Greens and browns can also be relaxing as long as they're not too bright. Something like mint green and cafe au lait brown would be relaxing.

Hope that helps!

Relaxing colours are warm,soft colours.

Personally I would say teal (green and blue) and silver.

Not bright colours.
