Here's an opinion.
Some good nicknames for Raichu are Sparky, Shocker, Voltie, Volt, Staticer and Staticie or Staticy. Other good nicknames for Raichu depends on the moves you want it to learn. If you want Hyper Beam to be 1 of its moves then you could call it "Solar," "Beam" or "Beamer." If you want it to know defensive moves that will lower an opponent's offensive power such as "Light Screen" then you could call it "Screener" or if you want Protect as one of its move then you could call it "Protector" however if you want it to know a move such as Brick Break then you could call it "Breaker."
