a modded controller is a controller that makes the gaming exprence a lot of fun for u but spoils it for others....for example they increase ur rate of fire on any weapon in COD MW 2 ...this makes it highly unfair to players with out this controller...they could also be all clourful or diffrent in waeight...in my opinion there pretty ool but not worth buying cuz they cost bout 100$ and if ur cought with one urband of xboxlive...witch kinda sux.....anyway dont buy one there not worth it at all....
