In sims 3 you get points by talking and making promised wishes come true and it makes them furfilled it also adds points to something called lifetime happiness, if you go on that and have about 5000 points (witch isn't that hard to reach.) then you go down the list tell you see the image with three pasifires on it and click on that it iwill say it means more chances on concepitaion, witch means more chances of having twins or triplets. i hope that answers your question if not contact me

I acturally think its about 15000 points but I'm not sure. If you want to have boy twins you should have you woman eat apples or watermelons if you want twin girls.
