You can't unless they are open for use in the toolbox.
You go to Roblox Studio and open the Explorer. In the Explorer you look for the script you want to delete and then you delete it.
Go to ROBLOX Studio and click the insert thing at the top, then go to free models, then look for your script then click it once and then you can edit it.

with scripts durr
Almost every function and object on Roblox is used by some script or another. If Roblox changes the properties of an object or removes or locks a function, scripts that use those objects or functions will no longer work. Roblox tries to avoid breaking scripts as much as possible, but sometimes it happens anyway.

Be more specific. If you mean "Can you wear hat models on Roblox" then yes, in a game, but no on your profile.
You go to Roblox Studio and open the Explorer. In the Explorer you look for the script you want to delete and then you delete it.
With Scripting, you basically script whatever you can... There isn't a selection of default scripts already made... Just insert a script and make your own!
Well, not a website, but look up OneLegend on ROBLOX, and take his only model. It will be a box, but go to Roblox Studio, and edit any one of your places. Then, go to my models, and put the model you got from him in your place. Open up the box in workspace, and it's full of scripts with instructions. I also suggest making a folder on your desktop for scripts. Easier keeping them all in one place. Add me on ROBLOX, ghs098, master hacker, master Sword Fighter.
yes some skilled players can bypass the copylock place's and take them
