Rock, Fire, Electric, Flying, Ice type Pokemon
Sycther's Deffense and Special Deffense are pretty closely matched (one will be higher depending on how it's raised), but it's Attack is much higher than it's Special Attack. It doesn't matter wether you use physical or special attacks, but you'll want a higher deffense that special defense. Though all types that KaileeStar mentioned are effective, Rock types will do the most damage (4x). So pretty much any rock type pokemon with a Defense that's higher than it's Special Deffense will work. Tyranitar or Zapdos will work.
