No legendary Pokémon can breed (with the exception of Manaphy, but its offspring will be Phione so I guess that doesn't count) but some rarer Pokémon such as Spiritomb and Rotom can breed. However, as they're both genderless, you have to breed them with a Ditto.
haunter has to be traded to evlove haunter evolve into gengar in level 42
No. The only legendaries you can breed are Manaphy and Rotom. Actually you can but it requires AR cheats or a ditto to make them breed and other person who answered this i know Rotom seems like a legendary because he is hard to get and you can do some events with him like you do with legendary and he has his own music but he only has all that is because he is EXTREMELY RARE so rare hes almost a legendary but he isn't.
To obtain a Wynaut, You must catch a Wobbufet and breed it with either the opposite Gender Wobbufet or breed it with a ditto. Wobbufet's are found in Cerulean cave on the first floor, and they are rare. Good luck
