That depends on which pokedex you are talking about. If you talking about the sinnoh pokedex, then number 134 in finneon, and you can find it using the good rod right outside canalave city in the water. If your talking about the national dex, then number 134 is vaporeon. ( which is an awesome Pokemon) To get vaporeon, go to bebe in hearthome city and get an eevee from her for free. then you can use a water stone on it and it will evolve into vaporeon. What i would do is breed more eevee's and then you'll be able to get jolteon, vaporeon, and flareon.
