Try doing this in Emerald and trading to Sapphire, as they're slightly more common. You have to be really, really, REALLY patient. You find it on top of Mt. Pyre, and it doesn't appear that often. (IT'S ONLY 2% CHANCE OF IT APPEARING!) Go to mt pyre and go toward the area where the orbs are go into the grass you can find chimecho in the grass but its very rare.
