at every Pokemon contest there will be a group of people and you will see them gatherd around talk to them and they will ask you will you like to make berries or if you mean the other go to the top floor and the middle lady at the Pokemon center you need a wirells adapter to make them

Yes you have to have Wireless Adapters because the special machine in one island only hooks up to Ruby and Sapphire by Link Cable but the machine does allow trades between Emerald but Wirelessly like i said.
