There isn't really a turn off blood option in the game. You can significantly lower the blood (and language) in the options menu. With a game that has chainsaws ripping through peoples bodies its just not possible for you to get all the blood out. It does significantly reduce the blood by un-bloody chainsaw kills though, but not regular game play.

Yeah. It is a bad game. It has blood in it. At lest it does not have brains and bloody bones like doom3. But you can turn the blood off!!!!!
