If you use a power pack as batteries this is usually the problem but if you can find four AA batteries to replace it then you have a start. Next open the compartment on the front of the wii itself and press the red button at the top at the same time as the red button in the battery compartment on the wii fit board. Hold for 5 seconds then relase and turn your board on. Hope this helps!
