To get T3-M4 in KOTOR 1,follow the story line of the game. When you are on the planet Taris, you can purchase a piece of junk droid at the Janice Nall's droid shop, although it is not required. If you follow the story line, you will eventually have to buy the T3 unit, with the permission of the "special customer", or at least one of his lackeys. Sorry, no teasers here! You got to play the game for yourself. Anyways, you'll get him eventually, otherwise you're not getting off that planet. Hope this helps!
