No there isn't. I HAVE LOOKED EVERYWHERE. There is no possible way to make them live in another country. Its because in France,Egypt, and China you don't age so its is impossible for a sim to live there.

How do you finish moving in the Sims 3 world adventures?
The same as you did in the base game. Open your sims inventory, click the mobile phone and select "move", then you simply double click any other sims you want to move from your hosehold into the new home so they're in the right hand box, and select either a house or an empty spot for them to live in (that they can afford), and if you are only moving out 2 sims in a household of, say 5, don't forget to check which box is checked for "make active household".
