First off, two Sims have to like each other enough to want to first. Then, when they are ready, you have to get them both on the bed, I usually make them 'Relax' on the bed. Then when you want them to 'do it'. You can click on the other Sims and select the 'Try For Baby' button. If you are succesful, you're female Sims will become pregnant. If she does become pregnant, make sure to keep her in a good mood for a quick, easy labour. She will get 4 days paid off of work. If you want the chance of her having a boy increased, make her eat watermelons. If you want her to have a girl, then make her eat apples. This is not totally true - sometimes this doesn't work.
