I never actually tried it but i think that the following procedure should do the trick :1 - have more than 1 sim on the lot2 - Kill a sim3 - have one of the other sims on the lot having a high charisma level4- Use charming intro. from the charismatic sim on the grim reaper5 - 2 or 3 interactions later the grim reaper becomes a friend6 - Ask him to move in
