Then tick tombstone of ld (on mine its tombstone of life and death) and a grave should come up.
click it.
Say get pregnant with.......
or alien pregnancy.
to speed it up, (try both of these because I'm not sure) wait one human minute after its pregnant. then shift click, spawn, and look for speed up pregnancy. if not there. shift click sim. then search for it.
if not there search for it on tombstone of ld.

They can't get pregnant unless they are young adults or over like adults and elder i wish you know how to make young adults, adults, & elders pregnant if you don't send a question like that and I wish I will answer it as fast as I can.
