you go to the rat cave and get in the rat suit in the basement.
you press the the mask thing in the top right of your touch screen where ur phone normally is and when you get near them the top one should flash press it.
then the one underneath shoul flash so hold on to it and move it from side to side until you get the robot on your screen and letgo.
the robot should be dizzy sowhen the bottom button flashes press it and you should use karate moves and they should get put in to a jail cell.

if you don't have the rat suit, i know it sounds silly like Bat suit but never mind. if you don't have a rat cave go build one using city hall, by the way, after its done the rat cave is in the lockers near the door to freezer its a secret place!
