You must first befriend a chimp to use them to gather. There are some actions that are hidden when you go near a chimp unless you scroll. Use the up button at the top-right of the action board to scroll up. Keep pressing it until you see the "ask to gather" option. When you press it, there will be different catagories which resources are divided into. *NOTE* Chimps will bring resources to you automatically over a period of time. ----------------------------------------- Also, if you ignore the chimp when it has a bundle of resources, it will put it down elswhere so you can pick it up later
