You can use the cheat boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true ( do Shift, control, c, and a small box should appear in the upper left hand corner.) Type in boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true, (exactly the way it is spelled) then hold down shift, and have an adult sim click on another sim. Click on "spawn", and then "tombstone of L and D." after a tombstone appears, click on it (without holding down shift) and go to "more" twice. There should then be a button that says AGE Baby. Select which baby you want to age, and then in a couple of minutes or longer (it doesn't always go right away) you should see an adult holding the baby, and then the baby will become a toddler.
