To Become A Witch:
1st: You HAVE to have the Sims 2 Apartment Life.
2nd: In neighborhood (it has to be neighborhood or won't work) type in at the same time ctrl shift c and a long bar will show up at the top of your screen.
3rd:type in 'boolprop testingcheatsenabled true' (without quotations ' ') then enter.
4th: click which household you want to have a witch(or warlock) in.
5th:when your at the house, shift-left click the mail box.
6th: click make NPC
7th: then click more... 2 times until you get to 'grand high good witch' and ' grand high bad witch'.
8th: click on which one you want to be.
9th: wait a couple of seconds for a witch pops up.
10th: shift-left click the witch.
11th: click 'MAKE SELECTABLE'.
12th:now click the witch in your family bar on the side.
13th: now click the sim you want to become a witch (your still the witch).
14th: click 'Cast Spell'
15th: click ' Magus Mutatio'
16th: wait a few seconds and she/he will be a witch/warlock!( and even repeat 14th and 15th step if doesn't work)
