As of today (4/25/09) the answer is no. He was in a 2004 movie called Lost, which starred Dean Cain, but had nothing to do with the current tv show.
Well, yes and no. Yes, there will probably not be another Simpsons movie, but that is because it is a dying franchise, the show has lost a lot of popularity lately, and it is unlikely that they will make a sequel, due to not enough interest. However, the reason for not making another movie would have nothing to do with the first one being called "The Simpsons Movie". There have been plenty of movies with titles that haven't warranted a sequel, but they find ways to make one anyway.
