No. There sadly aren't any cheat codes besides the one to unlock everything. (Click on the Dragonball in DragOn Ball Z in the opening; the O representing the dragonball.)

go back to the dragonball world. do the second stage and DO NOT USE ANY SPECIAL ATTACKS OR SUPPORT CHARACTERS. Beating the stage without using any specials will unlock a secret achievement, which unlocks vegeta. FYI, if you unlock Kaioh-sama later, then level goku and vegetas battle komas all the way up, Vegetto becomes available. Use gamefaqs.com to get a good walkthrough.
