I'm sorry to say this but no.

If your asking if they'll ever be a couple, even if SEGA brings maria back to life, the answer will still be no. SEGA stated that she is like a sister to him, a best friend, nothing more.

And, if SEGA will not bring back maria, he wont mind that much. they said in the end of Shadow The Hedgehog that he has put his past behind him.

but he will still miss her a lot.

No Shadmaria is not a real couple.
