BP are Battle Points. Once you beat the Elite Four you can travel to the Fight Area from Snowpoint City and fight at the Battle Tower. The more you fight, the more Pokemon you add to your pokedex and the more BP you earn. Trade in your BP for cool prizes at the building with two doors you pass under to get to the Battle Tower!
